A team that grows together
Four years ago, a new customer began working with KSD. Every engineer from the original team still works on that account, and additional colleagues have since joined them. Together, they have built a deep understanding of the customer’s products, people and ways of working.
This continuity gives engineers time to deepen their expertise, build trusted working relationships and contribute as the customer’s needs evolve. It also means customers retain the knowledge their team has developed over several years.
